This means that the item's should not have been washed and / or worn. The Shype tag must be still attached.

Additionally, we require that the Shype tag be attached to our apparel when you return them. The Shype tag is a unique identifier that helps us verify the authenticity of our items. If the tag is missing or not attached, we cannot accept the return.

When we receive a return, our team inspects the items very carefully to ensure that they meet our return policy guidelines. We examine every inch of the Items. If we find any damage or signs of wear, we cannot accept the return.
